HonorHealth picks Qventus to co-build its own AI tools
Qventus announced on September 17, 2026 that HonorHealth selected its AI Solution Factory to co-develop custom AI tools. Qventus describes HonorHealth as Arizona's largest nonprofit health system, serving five million people in the Phoenix area with nine acute-care hospitals, more than 17,000 staff and over 4,000 affiliated providers. Qventus says the relationship expanded in stages across perioperative and inpatient care operations, and that nearly 150 hospital facilities use its products.
Why it matters: An expansion by a long-running customer is a stronger signal than a new logo, because that buyer has already seen where the product holds up and where it does not. Co-development also moves work onto the health system, so the real cost includes staff time, not only license fees. The number that settles it is not how many tools get built but which hospital tasks the AI finishes without a person picking up the leftovers.
Qventus reports results from care-gap and coding automation
The company reported higher malnutrition code capture and expanded the automation to pressure-injury work.
Why it matters: A 57 percent increase sounds large, but the business value depends on the starting rate, the number of cases, clinical confirmation, and what happens after an audit or denial. The larger story is that one automation claim touches both care quality and revenue. That makes the measurement more important, not less.
Careers and Qualifications
What to Know Before Applying
Work areas: Healthcare operations, machine learning, product, implementation, clinical transformation, analytics, and health-system partnerships.
Qualification signal: Hospital workflow and change-management experience matters beside software skill. A candidate should be able to explain how an automated task changes real clinical or operational work.

Evidence questions
- Were results measured against a comparable hospital baseline and over enough time to survive seasonal changes?
- Does the reported return include staff time, implementation work, and the cases the automation could not finish?
- Which patient, capacity, or financial result changed rather than only clicks or alerts?
Regulatory and workflow questions
- Which recommendations can change care and who remains responsible for acting or declining?
- How are urgent conditions, missing data, and conflicting orders escalated?
- What monitoring can pause a workflow when performance changes?
Data and contract questions
- Which EHR, scheduling, staffing, and claims data leave the health system?
- Can the organization inspect the source used for each automated action?
- What happens to local workflow data when the contract ends?

FDA Clearances on Record
No clearance is linked in this directory. That is not automatically a mark against the company. Some products support the people doing the work instead of reading a patient image or signal themselves.
