A Western North Carolina primary care network picks Innovaccer for population health

Innovaccer announced on August 20, 2026 that Impact Primary Care Network selected its care management solution and population health dashboards. The announcement describes Impact Primary Care Network as a physician-led, clinically integrated network serving Western North Carolina, founded by Impact Health in 2024. Allison Krivatch, the network's executive director, is quoted saying the mission is to give every primary care practice in the network the tools and infrastructure to deliver whole-person, coordinated care. The announcement gives no figures for affiliated practices, providers, patients or measured results.

Why it matters: Independent primary care networks are where value-based care is won or lost, because they carry financial risk without a hospital balance sheet behind them. A platform selection at a network founded in 2024 is an early customer rather than a reference deployment, so it says more about Innovaccer's sales reach than about results. With no practice count, provider count or patient count disclosed, there is no way to judge the size of the win from the announcement itself.

Innovaccer adds Mastek as a global delivery partner for healthcare AI

Innovaccer announced on August 13, 2026 that Mastek has joined its Platinum global systems integrator program, pairing the Innovaccer healthcare AI platform with Mastek's delivery presence across the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe and the Middle East. The announcement describes Mastek as a global provider of enterprise AI, digital and cloud services, founded in 1982 and listed on India's National Stock Exchange, operating in more than 40 countries with roughly 5,000 employees, serving more than 275 healthcare and life sciences customers at a 96 percent client retention rate. Named capability areas include revenue cycle work such as prior authorization, coding and denials, population health and value-based care, payer performance including Stars ratings, risk adjustment and utilization management, and patient access with AI agents for scheduling and referrals. No pricing, deal value or customer targets were disclosed.

Why it matters: Partnerships like this are usually read as marketing, but the useful signal is about implementation capacity rather than technology. Health systems do not fail to get value from a population health platform because the software is wrong, they fail because nobody has the staff to configure it, so adding a consultancy with thousands of people is a real answer to a real problem. The risk for a buyer is accountability: when the platform and the installer are different companies, a disappointing result can become an argument between vendors.

Innovaccer and AWS announce a multi-year healthcare AI agreement

Innovaccer said the agreement covers joint investment in product development, market work, and deployment on AWS services.

Why it matters: AWS can give Innovaccer scale, purchasing reach, and familiar infrastructure for health systems. The same relationship can increase dependence on one cloud provider. The deal matters on both sides: what becomes easier to deploy and what becomes harder to move later.
